Getting Started

Sign up, click 'New Document' from dashboard, choose a document type, and start writing. Our AI assistant is ready to help.

PiccoLeap supports thank-you letters, biographies, grant proposals, donor proposals, annual reports, strategic plans, accreditation documents, and more. We also offer a dedicated syllabus enhancement workflow.

Yes! Our free plan includes 25 AI generations per month and up to 10 documents. No credit card required.

Account & Billing

Go to Settings > Billing and select the Pro plan. You can pay monthly with any major credit card.

Yes, cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Contact us at info@piccoleap.com and we'll process your account deletion within 30 days.

Syllabus & Batch

The syllabus feature is a multi-step AI workflow that parses an existing syllabus, suggests improvements based on best practices, and can generate new sections or full syllabi from your organization's templates and knowledge base.

Upload a CSV of donor or recipient data, choose a template, and PiccoLeap generates personalized letters for each row. Review, edit, and export them all at once.

AI Writing

PiccoLeap analyzes your writing samples to build a voice profile. The AI then generates content matching your tone, vocabulary, and style.

Yes. Your documents and AI interactions are private and encrypted. We never share your content with other users.

You can refine the output by editing the prompt, adjusting your voice settings, or using the suggest-changes mode for targeted improvements.

Documents & Sharing

Yes! Use the Share button to generate a link. You can set view-only or edit permissions.

Export to PDF, DOCX, or plain text. Formatting is preserved across all formats.

Yes, PiccoLeap automatically saves versions. Access previous versions from the document menu.
